ORGANIC FFLG CONFERENCE
We welcome you to this one-day conference, where we will showcase the Organic Farmer Family Learning Group approach as an efficient sustainable and empowering agriculture development approach.
The conference theme is enhancing farmer empowerment through participatory learning approaches towards organic climate change adaptive food systems for small-scale farmers.
At this one-day conference we will showcase the Organic Farmer Family Learning Group approach as an efficient sustainable and empowering agriculture development approach. The past 10 years more than 15.000 small scale farmers families in Uganda and Tanzania have improved their living conditions through the FFLG-approach. The approach has proven to contribute to positive changes in food security, climate change adaptation and social capital for small-scale farmer families.
The conference is targeted local and global organizations and institutions funding and/or conducting interventions, advocacy and research etc. related to the agricultural sector.
