This is the data policy for the Organic FFLG Center.

Personal Data
Personal data includes all types of information that, in some way, can be linked to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. This happens, for example, through regular access to content, when you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use other services, or make purchases via the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical details about your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). If you explicitly consent and provide the information yourself, we also process: name, phone number, email, address, and payment details. This typically occurs when creating a login or making a purchase.

Security
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, degraded, accessed by unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of applicable laws.

Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you advertisements that are most likely to be relevant to you, register your purchases and payments, and deliver the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. Additionally, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Retention Period
The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The duration depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when data is deleted.

Disclosure of Information
Data about your use of the website, the advertisements you receive and may click on, geographic location, gender, age segment, etc., may be shared with third parties to the extent that this information is available.

Additionally, we use a number of third parties for data storage and processing. These third parties process data exclusively on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Personal data, such as name and email, will only be shared if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

Access and Complaints
You have the right to be informed about the personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. Additionally, you may withdraw your consent for data processing. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to file a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option to contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
